Information Systems Coordinator - Maternity/Paternity Leave Replacement

Responsibility for the field of information systems and organizational automation, with an emphasis on managing and developing a SharePoint environment, digital forms, integrations, and automations between systems, particularly lead collection processes and their connection to the CRM system. The role serves as an interface between organizational needs and technological solutions, and includes characterization, implementation, and deployment of solutions, working with vendors, and supporting end-users.

Responsibilities

• Management, development, and maintenance of the organizational SharePoint environment.
• Development and maintenance of forms, integrations, and automations between systems, including Power Automate.
• Characterization and optimization of workflows and providing technological solutions for departmental needs.
• Leading technological projects with vendors – from characterization to implementation, training, and knowledge transfer.
• Management of users, permissions, and workflows within the organization's systems.
• Implementation of new systems and tools, support, and user guidance.
• Identifying and examining technological solutions to improve and optimize organizational work.
• Writing procedures, guides, and process documentation.
• Implementation and promotion of information security procedures.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in SharePoint, digital forms, and integrations between systems – Mandatory.
• Experience in Power Automate and CRM systems – Significant advantage.
• High proficiency in Office and Excel – Mandatory.
• Experience in characterization and project management with external vendors – Advantage.
• High technical and analytical ability, fast learning, and independence in problem-solving.
• Ability to manage tasks, order and organization, and attention to detail.
• Service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to write clear procedures and guides.
• Good level of technical English.
