Manufacturing Engineer

1. Analyze and follow up problems new model production
2. Issue operation instruction document
3. Issue Kanban for control production process
4. Collaborate effectively with Finance Department, General Assembly Branch, Quality Department, structure Development for new model and project improve cost.
5. Develop, improve, and optimize processes to enhance quality and reduce costs, Decrease usage, modify new part, part sample approve.
6. Inspection and training operator core process line production, check failure mode and effects analysis of core process.

7.Develop and improve working processes to support mass production efficiency and qualitystandards

1. BOM (Bill of Materials) Modification and Update

Qualifications: Engineering degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, Production or related major Strong problem-solving, analytical, and teamwork skills. 0-3 years of work experience in a related field is plus. Good communication skills in English Knowledge of BOM and refrigeration systems (an advantage). Able to work in a team across multiple departments. Adaptability and active learning
