Lead IT Product Specialist (77A1)

Support of industrial domain information systems at the 2nd level of incident escalation, ensuring the availability of information services. Prompt work with users regarding the functioning of IS subsystems, user consultations. Performing standard configuration of domain information systems for business process changes and participating in IS/IT projects. Monitoring the installation of workstations and the provision of access to IS, in accordance with project solutions. Quality control of functions provided to the user, information processing results, and the response time of information resources. Preparation of remarks on IS deficiencies/errors discovered during operation. Analysis and verification of the availability of manuals for IS users, as well as documentation required for the operation and maintenance of information systems.

Requirements

Experience working with application packages for business process design. Knowledge of Agile principles, experience working in AGILE teams. Knowledge of AS-IS processes and building TO-BE processes. Experience in evaluating the effectiveness of implemented TO-BE processes. Knowledge of change management process stages (ITSM), use of ITIL principles in work. Knowledge of application integration technology. Experience in conducting presentations, conducting negotiations. Experience working in MS Excel, MS Visio, MS PowerPoint. Knowledge of English at an Elementary level.

Higher education — Bachelor's degree; Experience: 3 years
