Application Engineer 3D Printer (Bangna Office)

•Support Sales and present the company's technical products to customers •Compare the product features of the company and competitors •Create customer work samples using the company's products •Provide machine usage Training to customers •Provide consultation and basic troubleshooting for problems arising from product usage •Prepare training manuals for customers •Collect technical information of competitors, including technical movement information of competitors •Prepare reports related to responsible tasks and present them to supervisors

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial, or other related fields Knowledge of various programs related to 2D and 3D CAD (knowledge of SolidWorks will be specially considered) English language skills, communicative level Service-minded, patient, able to work well under pressure, has a good personality and interpersonal skills, including good EQ Have a private car and a driver's license Able to travel to other provinces and convenient to stay overnight if necessary
