Service Engineer (Aesthetic Device) Bangkok/Isan Region

1. Study all product manuals and possess knowledge of correct usage methods.
2. Provide initial consultation to customers and resolve immediate problems.
3. Receive reports of problems and malfunctions of equipment from customers.
4. Repair damaged or malfunctioning medical devices for customers.
5. Perform preventive maintenance checks on equipment for customers.
6. Responsible for the installation of medical devices and inspecting medical devices before delivery to customers.
7. Prepare reports to submit to supervisors.
8. Follow various orders assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications: Male, age 27-35 years old. High Vocational Certificate - Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Industrial Control and Instrumentation Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or other related fields. Have 1 year or more of experience in medical device technician roles. Have skills in electricity and various measuring instruments. Have coordination and communication skills. High responsibility, punctual, detail-oriented, diligent, and honest. Able to work in a team and work well under pressure. Ready to learn, develop, and have a good attitude; enjoys service work. English: Fair reading and writing skills. Able to drive a car and possess a driver's license. Highly proficient with routes: Northern Region Base Chiang Mai, Isan Region Base Khon Kaen.
