BSS Specialist (quota for persons with disabilities)

Methodological and organizational support for activities to implement the Severstal business system. Perform analysis of the effectiveness of production and management processes. Participate in setting goals and developing KPIs for employees. Conduct assessment of improvement potential and economic effect. Perform calculations of technical and economic effects. Participate in conducting benchmarking studies, develop activities that ensure the creation of competitive advantages for the unit.

Requirements

Higher education (economics, technical). Experience participating in projects, knowledge and skills in applying lean manufacturing tools. Knowledge of a foreign language (English not lower than pre-Intermediate level). Proficient computer user. Business trips and visits to production sites are possible.
