Quality Control Pharmacist (Urgent)

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Control, supervise, and manage Quality Control operations in accordance with GMP PIC/S standards and the requirements of relevant government agencies.
2. Inspect, review, and approve analysis results of raw materials, packaging materials, in-process products, and finished products to ensure product quality meets specifications.
3. Control and supervise laboratory operations to comply with established standards.
4. Review and prepare quality system documents such as SOP, Specification, Analytical Method, Validation Protocol, and other documents related to Quality Control work.
5. Conduct investigations for Out of Specification (OOS) results, Out of Trend (OOT) results, including quality complaints, and determine Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
6. Coordinate with internal and external departments, including supporting audits from government agencies, customers, and external auditors.
7. Control, supervise, and develop personnel within the department to ensure they have the knowledge, ability, and can perform work efficiently.
8. Analyze data and prepare quality performance reports to present to supervisors and management.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy Male or Female, aged 25 years or older Must hold a Pharmacy license Knowledge of GMP PIC/S, Validation, OOS, OOT, and related quality systems Leadership skills, ability to plan work, manage teams, and solve immediate problems effectively Good English language skills and proficiency in basic computer programs Experience in Quality Control within a pharmaceutical manufacturing plant will be specially considered Good interpersonal skills, able to work with others, and highly responsible
