Legal Officer

1. Handle various commercial registrations, coordinate with various ministries of the Ministry of Commerce
2. Review draft service agreements, prepare employment contracts, prepare sales agreements, and various other contracts
3. Draft letters/correspondence for follow-ups to comply with contracts/contract terminations
4. Coordinate with customers and relevant departments
