Chief Operating Officer (COO)

-Manage organizational operations -Oversee various departments -Control costs and increase efficiency -Develop work systems -Manage the executive team and personnel -Report operational results -Other assigned duties

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field At least 8–10 years of experience in executive management Experience in manufacturing or the food industry will be specially considered Experience in import-export business Knowledge of cost management, planning, and organizational management High leadership skills and the ability to manage large teams Skills in ERP, KPI, and data analysis Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple departments simultaneously Ability to communicate in English Skills in planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making
