Product Design and Development Team Leader

We are recruiting a Product Design and Development Team Leader

The role includes leading and managing the product development team, and leading projects from the idea stage to customer launch, while working closely with marketing, engineering, and manufacturing teams. The role combines strategic thinking, technological innovation, identification of market trends, and leading cross-organizational processes in a global and dynamic environment. Reporting to the CEO.

Main areas of responsibility:

• Direct management and leading of the product development team from the idea stage to the final product
• Developing product strategies that support the company's business goals
• Working in collaboration with marketing, engineering, and manufacturing departments to ensure efficient and high-quality development
• Leading innovation processes, research, and development of new technologies and materials
• Identifying market trends and leading the development of innovative products tailored to customer needs
• Responsibility for meeting international standards of quality and manufacturing
• Leading processes in a global, multi-interface environment

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design or a relevant field
• Experience in product development management
• Experience in direct management and leading a team - an advantage
• Experience and familiarity working with plastic, plastic injection – mandatory
• Experience working in a global environment
• High level of English
