As part of the role:
Overall management of the logistics, warehouse, and distribution system at the factory, while ensuring safety, operational efficiency, and service quality.
Areas of responsibility:
- Professional and operational management of the warehouse team, including mentoring, training, and leading to meet targets
- Maintaining order, cleanliness, and organization in the warehouse and the factory yard
- Inventory management and optimization – maintaining required inventory levels and product quality
- Responsibility for the internal transport of parts to production lines and packaging stations
- Handling the supply and withdrawal of parts from subcontractors
- Management and coordination of all transports to and from the factory
- Routine work with internal and external interfaces
Job requirements:
- At least 3–5 years of experience in logistics / warehouse management – Mandatory
- Experience in managing a team of employees – Mandatory
- Forklift license – Mandatory
- Familiarity with ERP / WMS systems – Significant advantage
- Proficiency in Office software (with emphasis on Excel) – Mandatory
- Good command of English (reading, writing, and speaking) – Mandatory
- Experience working with SAP – Significant advantage
- Availability for a full-time position and readiness to respond during non-routine hours
