Accounting Manager (English/Chinese Skills) Samut Sakhon

1. Establish the company's accounting and financial systems (Policies / Processes / Internal Controls)
2. Set up and improve accounting systems (AP / AR / GL)
3. Oversee the entire accounting system and prepare financial statements
4. Control and plan tax matters (VAT, WHT, CIT)
5. Oversee and plan the use of BOI privileges
6. Prepare budgets, analyze costs, and control expenses
7. Coordinate with auditors and government agencies
8. Provide financial data to support management decision-making
9. Establish and manage the accounting team in accordance with company growth

Qualifications: Thai nationality, age not exceeding 50 years old Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field At least 5 years of experience in Accounting / Finance (experience in a BOI company or factory will be specially considered) Knowledge of Thai tax laws and accounting standards Analytical and financial management skills Skills in system implementation and process improvement Able to communicate in English for work; if able to communicate in Chinese, will be specially considered Able to work in a startup company environment (Flexible / Proactive) Good communication and team management skills
