Resident Manager (RM)

Manage, control, and oversee all hotel operations, control service quality, ensure guest satisfaction, resolve immediate problems, and manage overall staff to ensure smooth operations. The main duties and responsibilities are as follows:

1. Plan hotel operations and budgets: Plan strategies, set budgets, and control hotel expenses in collaboration with senior management.
2. Oversee general hotel operations: Control and manage operations in all parts of the hotel, both front-of-house and back-of-house, to ensure smooth functioning.
3. Manage hotel personnel: Supervise the performance of employees in each department, allocate duties, evaluate performance, and provide training and skill development to maintain service standards.
4. Control standards and quality regarding cleanliness and hotel service: Inspect and improve the quality of room service and cleanliness to always meet the highest standards for customer satisfaction.
5. Manage on-site problems: Analyze and resolve problems, and make decisions to address immediate issues occurring within the hotel in a timely manner.

Qualifications: Gender: Male, Age: 35 - 45 years old Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Hotel & Tourism Management / Economics / Business Administration / or other related fields At least 5 years of experience in management within the hotel or resort business at the Department Manager level or higher Possess business and marketing skills, able to analyze sales, occupancy rates, and control hotel costs to identify market opportunities Able to communicate in English at a good level Able to analyze and solve problems well Possess leadership, communication, team management, and strategic decision-making skills Knowledge of technology related to hospitality Marketing (e.g., CRM, OTA, SEO, Google Analytics) Enthusiastic, resourceful, and has good interpersonal skills Good personality and energetic Skills in managing diverse teams Able to work and reside permanently in Khao Kho
