Technical Sales Representative (Industrial Chemical Product)

• Maintain strong sales performance with existing customers and actively seek new business opportunities within the assigned industry.
• Plan and conduct regular customer visits, and prepare progress reports on ongoing projects.
• Continuously study technical information of responsible products to effectively support customer needs.
• Provide technical advice and problem-solving solutions to customers.
• Follow up on current projects and stay updated on relevant market trends and customer insights.
• Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and compile technical documentation with a strong sense of service-mindedness.
• Participate in activities related to sales operations, customer relationship management, and business development initiatives.
• Coordinate effectively with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate execution of sales tasks.
• Perform other sales-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications: 1–3 years of experience in sales related to industrial chemical products, particularly in one or more of the following fields: rubber, plastic, water treatment, Cleaning, Agricultural or Cosmetic Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Industrial Chemistry Must own a personal car and hold a valid driver’s license Proficient in spoken and written English with strong computer literacy Self-motivated, persistent, and committed to achieving results Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with a credible, enthusiastic, and service-minded approach Diligent, detail-oriented, and proactive in communication and customer support
