Alonim M.M.S. in Kfar Saba is looking for an Import and Purchasing Clerk

Execution and operation of orders with foreign suppliers. Periodic inventory counts. Routine work with various interfaces in the system: Marketing and Sales departments. Work with forwarders/customs brokers/Standards Institution. Opening import files and product files.

• Bachelor's degree – Mandatory (University degree – Advantage)
• Proven experience of at least 3-5 years as an Import Referent
• Knowledge and experience in performing counts and inventory management
• Pleasant manners and excellent interpersonal skills – Mandatory
• Extensive knowledge of all import processes (with forwarders/customs brokers/Standards Institution/banks) – Mandatory
• English at native level – Mandatory
• Full command of computer applications and Office software, including Excel – Mandatory
• Proficiency and experience working with ERP software / Priority – Advantage
• Ability to work independently – Mandatory
• Ability to build creative solutions
• Experience in routine dealings with foreign suppliers
• Teamwork abilities and taking initiative
• Fastidiousness – Mandatory
