Development and implementation of protocols for alternative and non-traditional sports rehabilitation systems (Acupuncture, Moxibustion; Phytotherapy, Tuina massage, etc.) Development of individual rehabilitation programs using a complex of non-traditional methods (Acupuncture, Moxibustion; Phytotherapy, Tuina massage, etc.) Formation of goals for rehabilitation activities Determination of the optimal regime of physical activity depending on morphofunctional status Comprehensive application of alternative methods together with classical ones: LFK, massage, physiotherapy Control of the effectiveness and safety of the activities being conducted, adjustment of programs based on results Control and correction of protocols and treatment plans of alternative and non-traditional sports rehabilitation systems Training of junior medical personnel Development and maintenance of documentation related to the implementation of alternative and non-traditional sports rehabilitation systems Development and maintenance of documentation related to the justification for the introduction of alternative and non-traditional sports rehabilitation systems Determination of indications and contraindications for the use of alternative rehabilitation methods Assessment of rehabilitation potential and recovery prognosis Participation in a multidisciplinary commission alongside a sports medicine physician, coaches, and physiotherapists Analysis of medico-statistical information on rehabilitation results
Requirements
Fluency in English and Chinese languages Expert knowledge of Chinese medicine techniques (Acupuncture, Moxibustion; Phytotherapy, Tuina massage, etc.) Expert knowledge of alternative and non-traditional sports rehabilitation techniques Work experience in China in a similar position for at least 1 year Work experience in a football team in Russia in a similar position for at least 5 years Work experience in the sports field for at least 10 years
Higher education — Bachelor's degree; Experience: 10 years
