Visual Designer (Brand Identity and Event Designer)
- Design and develop comprehensive Event Visual Systems, ranging from Concept, Visual Language, and Key Visual (KV) to Extension and production-ready media.
- Create Illustration work for lifestyle brands to be used in both online and offline promotional media.
- Design high-quality graphic media such as posters, social media, event collateral, brochures, books, and other brand media.
- Control the quality of design work to ensure precision in Typography, Layout, Spacing, and visual elements at a professional level.
- Prepare work files correctly according to print and digital specifications, ready for delivery to Vendors.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Event Operations, and external Suppliers to ensure that work can be realistically produced and installed according to standards.
- Use AI tools to increase design efficiency and develop work quality to be modern.
- Adjust work according to Feedback quickly while maintaining brand standards within the specified timeframe.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related fields. Able to communicate in English and work with foreigners. At least 3–5 years of experience in Graphic Design / Visual Design. Experience in creating Key Visuals and visual systems for events will be specially considered. Experience working with premium brands, real estate, hotels, or lifestyle brands will be specially considered. Able to develop Event Visual Systems independently (Concept → KV → Extension → Production). Strong Illustration skills (Flat Digital / Hand-drawn / Doodle Style). Understanding of Brand Identity, Visual Consistency, and User-Centric Design. Proficient in design programs such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). High creativity and clear design taste. Responsible and able to work well in a team. Open to Feedback and able to improve work quickly. Detail-oriented with professional delivery standards.
