Structured Finance Analyst
In the Mergers, Acquisitions, and Investment Programs division at Bank Leumi, we are recruiting an experienced Analyst for a central role in the field of mergers and sensitivities, involving the support and leadership of complex financing transactions, among the largest in the Israeli economy. This is a role at the heart of the bank's business activity, with direct involvement in transaction analysis, credit and investment decision-making, and leading complex processes with various stakeholders. The role is suitable for analysts who want to move into leading complex financing transactions from end to end, with a direct interface with clients, management, and legal entities.
Job Description:
A central role involving the support and execution of complex financing transactions in the field of mergers, acquisitions, and investment programs:
- Analyzing requests for project financing and acquisition transactions, with an emphasis on repayment capability
- Performing risk/opportunity analyses and formulating recommendations for credit committees
- Leading transactions end-to-end: including managing multiple interfaces within and outside the bank
- Managing negotiations with clients and lawyers and formulating financing agreements
- Working with complex financial models and analyzing financial statements
- Presenting professional topics in various forums
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics/Finance - Mandatory
- 4+ years of experience in business credit and transaction leadership - Mandatory
- Experience working with complex financial models - Mandatory
- Experience in analyzing financial statements - Mandatory
- High proficiency in Excel - Mandatory
- Analytical skills and business thinking
- Experience in negotiation and leading multi-interface processes
- High level of expression in writing and orally
- High level of English
