Private Banking Banker for Non-Residents

Unit Description: The Private Banking Center handles non-resident clients and OET (Israeli citizen residing abroad) clients. Providing high-level personal and professional service, combining solutions tailored to the client at every point in time.

Job Description: As part of the role, a Banker in the Non-Resident Center is responsible for handling transactions in client accounts according to Bank procedures, including regulatory guidelines and procedures related to non-residents. Frontline and telephone banking service – primarily in English. Long-term client accompaniment. Meetings with existing and new clients. As part of the role, the Banker will be trained in various fields: banking, regulation, credit, passive, customer relations, service, and marketing.

Bachelor's degree – Mandatory Banking experience – Advantage Familiarity with branch banking systems – Advantage Language proficiency: English – Mandatory. One of the following languages: French, Russian, Spanish – Advantage

Scope of employment: Full-time, 5 days and 2 splits
