Import Coordinator

Routine work with suppliers and manufacturers abroad. Management and monitoring of purchase orders. Work with shipments, customs brokers, and other relevant parties. Monitoring approvals, documents, and bureaucratic processes. Responsible for managing import and procurement processes, monitoring orders, and payments to suppliers. Responsibility for procurement from suppliers abroad and the local market from the ordering stage until arrival at the warehouse. Experience in the field of procurement/import – mandatory. Technical skills such as proficiency in ERP software – mandatory. High level of English writing and reading. Full-time position.
