Production Planning Officer (Planning)

1. Capacity Planning

• Plan daily, weekly, and monthly production to align with customer orders and the capacity of each department (Casting, Plating, QC, Finishing) • Prepare and update the Production Schedule via the APS system on EnnOne / Business Central • Analyze Available Capacity against Demand and identify Bottlenecks in advance • Perform Load Balancing between departments and propose solutions when capacity is insufficient, such as overtime or adjusting job sequences • Monitor actual production progress against the plan (Plan vs Actual) and report delays to supervisors immediately • Prepare On-Time Delivery Rate and Capacity Utilization reports for regular presentation to management

1. Material Requirement Planning

• Calculate material requirements (precious metals, gemstones, and assembly materials) from production orders and BOM via the Business Central system • Verify BOM status (Red/Yellow/Green) before production orders and coordinate with the DPA department when incorrect or outdated information is found • Check Stock on Hand against requirements and coordinate with Warehouse/Purchasing in advance when materials are found to be insufficient • Coordinate with the Purchasing department to determine Lead Time and optimal order quantities to reduce material shortages or excessive stock • Monitor and control to prevent the use of incorrect material Lots or the unauthorized swapping of metals across Lots, in accordance with RJC/ISO 9001 requirements • Prepare material status reports and Material Shortage Risk reports for presentation to supervisors

1. Coordination and Other Tasks

• Coordinate with the Sales department and customers regarding delivery dates and changes to orders • Continuously review and improve capacity and material planning processes to increase operational efficiency • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management, Logistics, or a related field At least 2-3 years of experience in production planning within an industrial factory (experience in the jewelry industry will be specially considered) Understanding of ERP systems (Business Central), APS tools, and MRP/BOM principles; advanced Excel skills Analytical thinking Time management and attention to detail Teamwork and cross-functional coordination Effective communication Ability to read English
