Post-Press Product Manager

1. Responsible for and possess in-depth understanding of the Post-Press Machinery product group, such as die-cutting machines, folder gluers, coating machines, and inspection machines.
2. Work together with and provide in-depth technical information to the sales team to assist in presenting solutions that meet customer needs and drive company sales.
3. Coordinate directly with manufacturing plants in China, regarding negotiation, specification tracking, reporting technical issues, and updating new technologies.
4. Provide training, consultation, and technical support to customers to ensure that customers can operate and maintain the machinery correctly and at full efficiency.
5. Analyze market needs to improve products and solutions to meet the requirements of the printing industry.

Qualifications: Gender: Female/Male, Age: 35 years old and above Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Printing Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields Experience: Experience in post-press product management, especially in machinery and industrial printing Understanding of machines such as die-cutting machines, coating machines, and inspection machines Understanding of customer needs and the ability to adapt products and solutions to meet industry requirements Good communication and negotiation skills, kind-hearted, service-minded, or possessing a good work attitude Able to provide training and support customers in operation and maintenance Good writing, speaking, and reading skills in English If able to communicate in "Chinese" (as the primary coordination is with Chinese factories), special consideration will be given
