Qualifications: Male, Female, aged 22 - 38 years Education level: Vocational Diploma - Bachelor's Degree Must be able to communicate in English New graduates are welcome, inexperienced candidates are welcome (experience will be given special consideration) Service-minded and able to work in shifts Possess leadership qualities and a positive attitude towards service Diligent, patient, and enthusiastic about work Have 3-5 years of experience in the position of Head Chef, Kitchen Manager, or Assistant Kitchen Manager overseeing more than 1 restaurant branch or a franchise system High leadership skills, decisive, with skills in managing large groups of people and resolving team conflicts effectively Good understanding of restaurant SOP systems, Food Cost calculation, and stock management Able to travel to work or inspect various branches (having a driver's license and private car will be given special consideration) Possess skills as a good Trainer, able to communicate complex procedures in an easy-to-understand and practical manner
