Aircraft Integrator

Location: Yavne, moving to Modi'in in September 2026. The Integration Department of the Operations Division is responsible for testing and integration in the field of UAV systems at Aeronautics and supporting development processes. The role includes leading and developing complex systems in the UAV worlds alongside cohesive, professional team members and enables significant professional development opportunities. The role includes:

• Assembly on production lines
• Accompanying the full end-to-end production process of a UAV, including sub-assemblies, testing, etching, calibration, ATP, PREFLIGHT
• Diagnostics and troubleshooting
• Work according to the AS9100 aviation standard
• At least 3-4 years of experience in a previous technical role
• Ability to work and proficiency in a computerized and innovative work environment and Microsoft Office - Required
• Knowledge in electricity, mechanics, and electronics – Advantage
• Good level of technical English - Required
• High-level reading and understanding of drawings – Required
• Technicians and Engineering Technicians - Advantage
• Previous experience in the civilian or military UAV field - Significant advantage
• Strong technical abilities, order and organization, ability to work under pressure, ability to work in a team, ability to perform physical work, --willingness to work overtime
• Independent work, coping in a dynamic multi-tasking environment
• Knowledge and experience in a work environment that includes quality processes and standards – Advantage
• Ability to learn and problem-solving – Required
