Position Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Placement Executive to support our Placement team in arranging insurance solutions for corporate clients. The successful candidate will assist with obtaining quotations, preparing placement documentation, coordinating with insurance companies, and ensuring the timely issuance of policies.

This position is ideal for candidates who wish to build a long-term career in the insurance brokerage industry.

Key Responsibilities Placement Support Assist in obtaining quotations from insurance companies. Prepare market submission documents and underwriting information. Compare insurance quotations, coverage, deductibles, exclusions, and premiums. Coordinate with insurers on quotations, policy issuance, endorsements, and renewals. Follow up with insurers to ensure timely responses. Administrative Support Prepare quotation comparison reports and placement summaries. Maintain placement records and documentation. Ensure all client and insurer documents are complete and properly filed. Support the Placement team in daily operations. Sales Support Assist the Sales team with insurance quotations and technical information. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth processing of client requests. Respond promptly to inquiries from insurers and internal stakeholders. Products and Lines of Business

Training will be provided; however, basic knowledge or willingness to learn the following products is preferred:

Property All Risks (PAR) Business Interruption (BI) Marine Cargo Motor Insurance Public Liability Product Liability Contractors' All Risks (CAR) Erection All Risks (EAR) Employer's Liability

Qualifications: 22–40 years Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field. Skills and Competencies Good communication and interpersonal skills. 0–3 years of experience in the insurance industry. Experience with a non-life insurance company or insurance broker is preferred but not mandatory. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Team player with a customer-focused mindset. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Technical Skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Ability to prepare professional documents and reports. Basic understanding of insurance terminology is an advantage. Language Requirements Good command of English (written and spoken). Thai language proficiency is required. Chinese language skills are an advantage but not essential. Fresh graduates with strong academic performance and a genuine interest in insurance are encouraged to apply.
