Independent Account Manager (Full-time)

VERTEX (an importer in the field of classic windows) is looking for an independent and technical Account Manager. VERTEX is a leading boutique company for the import and installation of high-quality classic wood-aluminum windows for villas and private luxury homes. We are looking for you to manage our projects from the moment the contract is signed until the keys are handed over to the client. Responsibilities:

Your tasks

• Managing continuous and exclusive contact with clients, architects, and construction supervisors on-site.
• Preparation, closing, and signing of technical detail booklets with architects.
• Ongoing management of changes, technical updates, and schedules with construction sites.
• Preparation of the final and accurate specification for production and its transfer to the international procurement department.
• Independent decision-making and solving ongoing problems with clients and professionals.
• Professional background in the fields of architecture / interior design / construction project management – Mandatory!
• Full proficiency in AutoCAD.
• High-level proficiency in English.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, exceptional service orientation alongside assertiveness and the ability to work under pressure.
• Phenomenal order and organization and the ability to drive processes independently (without the need for micro-management).
• Residence in the Sharon/Center area (offices are in the Sharon area).
