Job Description:

Supervision of the preparation of financial statements for several companies, management of accounts payable and cash flow, as well as reporting and internal controls, including budget monitoring, under the guidance of the CFO. Responsibility for managing payroll processes, granting options, and other financial processes. Research, understanding, and implementation of complex issues in the fields of taxation and accounting. Management of external accountants, tax report preparers, and valuation teams. Management of the financial reporting of the revenue cycle of the company's clients and their subsidiaries. Supervision of daily financial processes, including cash flow management, revenue and expense cycles, vendor and customer management, and payroll payments.

Full-time position

• Degree in Accounting – mandatory, CPA.
• At least 4 years of experience as a Senior Accountant or Financial Director.
• Experience in a high-tech company or startup or experience in a Big 4 accounting firm with a high-tech team – mandatory.
• Experience in the SaaS / software industry – advantage.
• Experience working with US GAAP and the Israel Innovation Authority.
• High-level proficiency in English – mandatory.
• Proven ability to manage an accounting team.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Proactive character, ability to work independently, and excellent communication skills.
• Analytical thinking and ability to dive into details.
