The role includes responsibility as an HR Business Partner for the Engineering and Development units, supporting managers and employees, and providing ongoing professional responses across all aspects of Human Resources.
Areas of Responsibility
- Ongoing support and consultation to middle management on HR and employee management matters.
- Supporting employees throughout the employee lifecycle – from Onboarding to termination of employment.
- Leading manager development processes, employee development, and training programs.
- Supporting organizational change processes and cross-unit processes.
- Responsibility for employee experience, organizational engagement, and ongoing individual handling.
- Conducting regular meetings with managers and employees and providing responses to HR issues.
- Implementation and integration of organizational human resources processes, including performance appraisal, compensation and benefits, organizational development, learning, and training.
- Handling administrative processes in the field of human resources, including attendance systems and employee processes.
- Ongoing work with global and intra-organizational interfaces.
- Involvement in recruitment in specific cases only.
Job Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in an HRBP role – Mandatory.
- Experience in an engineering / infrastructure / project-based company – Mandatory.
- Significant experience in supporting managers and end-to-end HR processes – Mandatory.
- Experience working in a global organization – Mandatory.
- Experience supporting engineering and development populations – Significant advantage.
- Experience in organizational development, training, and manager development – Significant advantage.
- Relevant Bachelor's degree – Mandatory; Master's degree – Advantage.
- English at a very high level.
- Ability to work independently, high interpersonal communication skills, and the ability to work with many interfaces.
- Full proficiency in Office applications.
