Master of Construction and Installation Works

Controls compliance with the technological sequence of construction work production and ensures their proper quality. Ensures the execution of the construction and installation work plan in his/her area in accordance with working drawings, the production plan, the work production project, and regulatory documentation. Performs layout works, geodetic control during technological operations, and measurements of construction and installation work volumes. Ensures the reasonable use of construction machines, vehicles, and mechanisms in the area, and the economical consumption of materials. Organizes the acceptance of products, materials, and structures, their storage, and accounting. Performs the assignment of brigades and individual workers in the area, establishes their production tasks, and carries out production briefings.

Requirements

Physical fitness and strength endurance, readiness to work with foreign citizens. Knowledge of English and Chinese languages. Constant business trips.

Secondary vocational education; Experience: 5 years
