sales coordinator (Able to communicate in Eng and Japanese)

1.Cooperating with NF Manufacturing administration Team ( Manu admin) , NF sale and SUP Management Team. 2.Correspond to inquiries from NF sale , SUP costing team and RD Team 3.Supporting a communication between customer, Japanese management and local staff. 4.Managing Sales Estimation and Production Planning 5.Summarizing and reporting the performance of sales in each category by Monthly 6.Summarizing and reporting the Job porogress by weekly include problem or obstacle and Suggestion

1.Coordinating with the NF Manufacturing administration Team (Manu admin), NF sale team, and SUP Management Team. 2.Responding to inquiries from the NF sale team, SUP costing team, and RD Team. 3.Supporting communication between customers, Japanese management, and local staff. 4.Managing sales estimation and production planning. 5.Summarizing and reporting sales performance in each category on a monthly basis. 6.Summarizing and reporting job progress on a weekly basis, including problems, obstacles, and suggestions.

Qualifications: Gender: Male / Female, Age 28 years and up Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field Experience: 5 years in Marketing or a related field Computer literacy and analytical skills Ability to communicate in English/Japanese at a good level in listening, speaking, reading, and writing (Demonstrates high English Language Proficiency, including strong verbal and written communication skills.) Possesses Creativity & Initiative with the ability to think outside the box and drive new ideas to develop the organization (Possesses Creativity & Initiative with the ability to think outside the box and drive new ideas) Has strategic planning skills to define long-term goals and create success for the organization Has knowledge and understanding of business processes and systematic management (Solid understanding of Business Processes & Business Administration Knowledge for effective management.)
