We are hiring - Sales Support at Chemograf!

Chemograf, an established and innovative company in the field of manufacturing precision metal and polymer parts using advanced technologies, operating in diverse markets in Israel and worldwide – is looking for a Sales Support to join its ranks and lead significant growth.

About the role and main areas of responsibility:

• Routine work alongside Sales Managers.
• Providing telephone responses to the company's customers in the fields of security, aviation, automotive, and advanced industry.
• Handling and preparing quotations for existing and new customers.
• Direct contact with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations.
• Receiving and processing orders from the company's customers.
• Routine work with company interfaces (Purchasing, Production Planning and Control, Engineering, Production, and Quality Assurance departments).

What are we looking for?

• Experience in a similar role in a manufacturing plant - an advantage.
• Good level of English – mandatory.
• Reading engineering/mechanical drawings – an advantage.
• Fast learner, meticulousness, thoroughness, and attention to detail.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and ability to work in a team.
• Technological orientation and ability to work in an advanced environment (ERP, BI).
