Value Chain Service Officer

1. Manage and monitor all vehicle inspection activities and data within the company.
2. Execute and monitor assurance protocols.
3. Prepare performance and compliance reports for presentation to executives.
4. Plan, monitor, and track targets and efficiency of vehicle inspections.
5. Report summary of problems, provide analysis, and propose countermeasures found during vehicle inspections to supervisors.
6. Develop standards and knowledge regarding vehicle inspections to support all car brands.
7. Expand the target customer base and monitor vehicle conditions.
8. Manage, monitor, and support customers for all related tasks.
9. Support other assigned tasks.

Qualifications: Age 24 - 30 years old Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Engineering Good computer skills in MS Office Possess a private driver's license and are able to drive Have knowledge of and interest in cars and engines Able to work in a team, highly responsible, and able to work under high pressure Good personality, good communication skills, positive attitude, creative, and disciplined Ready to continuously embrace new opportunities and able to adapt to environments or changes English communication skills
