Sales Manager

1. Define the company's sales targets and lead the team to achieve the set goals.

1. Develop sales strategies and solve occurring problems to successfully close sales.

1. Build a strong sales team and establish good, efficient, and measurable sales processes and systems.

1. Prepare sales presentation information for the company's services (Security services, Cleaning services, Pest Control services).

1. Prepare customer information for sales presentations and provide quotations/sales contracts.

1. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: Gender: Male - Female Age: 35 - 45 years old Education: Bachelor's Degree in Sales and Marketing or a related field Sales experience: 2 - 3 years or more Possess analytical and situational problem-solving skills Able to be flexible with working hours Have a personal car and a driver's license Able to use Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and various functions such as SUM, VLOOKUP, Pivot Have good interpersonal skills, honesty, and can work well in a team Able to start work immediately Able to read, write, and communicate in English at a fair or good level
