Production Officer

Preparing and weighing raw materials according to production formulas with accuracy and precision, following production orders, along with recording data, controlling raw material stock, and maintaining the cleanliness and safety of equipment and premises to ensure raw materials are ready for the production line and complying with quality standards.

1. Prepare raw materials: Receive raw material requisition forms, prepare equipment, tools, and tanks, and verify the accuracy of raw materials before weighing (type, quantity, packaging condition).
2. Weighing and Measuring: Scoop/weigh raw materials to achieve the exact quantities specified in the production formulas accurately.
3. Data Recording: Record every operational step in relevant documents or in computer systems (such as SAP) for verification and tracking.
4. Stock Control: Manage the withdrawal and return of raw materials and assist in keeping raw material stock up-to-date and organized.
5. Maintain Cleanliness: Maintain the cleanliness of tools, equipment, and work areas according to hygienic standards (such as GMP) to prevent contamination.
6. Follow Instructions: Work according to assignments from supervisors, including the movement of raw materials (may include driving a forklift in some locations).
7. Verification: Double-check that the prepared raw materials are correct according to the specified formulas.
