Business Development Manager

1. Plan, define strategies, and manage operations to achieve business goals, investment targets, and specified timelines.
2. Study, analyze, and evaluate the feasibility of new business opportunities, both domestically and internationally.
3. Prepare Business Plan, Feasibility Study, Financial Analysis, and supporting documents for strategic decision-making.
4. Coordinate and build relationships with shareholders, investors, business partners, government agencies, and relevant organizations.
5. Support business negotiations, the preparation of Memorandums of Understanding (MOU), and commercial contracts.
6. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive situations, technology, and business factors that may affect projects.
7. Prepare progress reports, analyze risks, and present information to the executive team and shareholders.
8. Work with internal and external teams to drive projects to success according to goals.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or other related fields. At least 4–7 years of experience in Business Development, Strategic Planning, Project Development, or related fields. Experience in project management, business feasibility studies, or investment analysis. Knowledge of business analysis, strategic planning, and financial data analysis. Good English communication skills, including listening, speaking, reading, and writing. Communication, negotiation, coordination, and presentation skills at an executive level. Ability to travel for work both domestically and internationally as necessary. Leadership qualities, ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and ability to work well under changing conditions. Experience in operating chemical industry projects, food industry, or businesses related to Amino Acid / Feed Additive. Experience working with Joint Venture companies or projects with multiple shareholders. Ability to communicate in Chinese (Mandarin) will be given special consideration. Experience in investment, Merger&Acquisition, or large-scale project development.
