Business Development

1. Collect and analyze business data, markets, competitors, and other important business information to be used in developing both short-term and long-term strategic plans for the department to present to senior management.
2. Prepare reports/plans (DM, PM) or other reports in collaboration with the Accounting and Finance departments to conduct detailed analysis of financial data and business feasibility in accordance with the plan, including suggesting corrective measures to ensure the business achieves its planned objectives.
3. Coordinate with various internal and external departments to ensure that the performance of all parties is accurate and efficient.
4. Study, co-develop, and drive various projects to obtain new solutions to reduce steps and increase work efficiency for Interior Design work.
5. Manage and plan resource allocation appropriately to ensure that the operations of all employees comply with the defined policies and plans.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration (MBA), Finance, Business Administration, or other related fields. 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, sales, and/or finance. Able to use English for work communication (TOEIC > 550). Proficient in using various tools for data analysis, report preparation, and presentations, such as Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, AI Tools, and other related systems. Flexible and highly adaptable in a fast-changing environment. Experience in business development or strategic planning will be specially considered.
