Your tasks

As part of the role: receiving files from shipping departments/external freight forwarders/client file opening and monitoring. Verifying the presence of all required documents in the file and preparing the file for classification; handling all required government permits and standards; handling auditor comments; updating the client at every stage of the process; preparing monetary demands for the client; full responsibility for files - updating the transport screen with all details required for transport coordination and pricing.

Requirements

Licensing Officer Certificate - significant advantage Experience in a similar role is mandatory English at reading and writing level is mandatory Familiarity with the Unifreight system - significant advantage Ability to work in a team; ability to work in a multi-interface environment
