Wanted: Sea Export Representative for the company's offices in Ashdod/Area

As part of the role:

• Operation of sea export files from the order reception stage until invoice production.
• Receiving orders from customers and entering bookings with shipping companies.
• Coordination with land carriers and packaging companies.
• Preparation of loading declarations and performing operational actions related to the shipment.
• Retrieval and transmission of storage certificates.
• Checking and handling bills of lading.
• Closing entries and issuing invoices.
• Tracking shipments and providing regular reports to customers.
• Handling malfunctions and providing continuous responses to agents and customers throughout the entire export process.
• Maintaining customer relations and providing high-quality, professional service.
• Identifying customer needs and increasing the service basket by exploiting business opportunities.

• Good level of English – Mandatory.
• High service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team.

• Fast learning ability and initiative.
• Previous experience in the export/international forwarding field – an advantage, but not mandatory.
