Document Control Center (DCC)

1. Prepare and control work plans according to international standards such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and determine trial production schedules.
2. Coordinate comprehensively as a liaison between customers, R&D department, production department, quality department (QA/QC), and Suppliers.
3. Plan and define quality standards and requirements, both in general and specifically for products.
4. Conduct production trials and verify results; summarize trial data and define various standards such as Condition Standard, Packaging Standard, Inspection Standard, Control Plan, Process Flow Chart, FMEA, etc.
5. Review Drawings received from customers and determine various control plans (Master Schedule).
6. Improve work processes; analyze points for development in the production process to prevent recurring errors.
7. Prepare reports and KPIs related to the documentation system; organize monthly meetings.
8. Other duties as assigned by the QA/QC Manager.

Qualifications: Male/Female, age 25 years and above, Bachelor's degree in Engineering. At least 1-3 years of experience as a QA Engineer or in New Model. Experience in the Automotive industry will be specially considered. Good coordination skills and attention to detail. Knowledge and experience in ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 systems. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Basic English communication skills (for reading/writing ISO, IATF documents). Able to commute to work independently.
