Lead System Analyst

Development of methodologies for performing analytical work; Development of technical and commercial proposals and participation in their defense; Planning, organization, and control of analytical work in an IT project, preparation of reports on performed work; Management of processes for developing and maintaining system requirements and system quality management; Knowledge of methodologies for estimating the effort of an IT project, defining the scope of project work, decomposition, and project estimation; Participation in the architecture design of the implemented system; Organization of compliance assessment of existing systems and their analogs against requirements; Support during acceptance testing and system commissioning; Communication with customer experts and/or partners; Decomposition, distribution, and control of the execution of analysis and design tasks; Defining software requirements; Software design (development of software architecture design); Analysis of context, organizational structure, and business processes to identify stakeholders; Analysis of system and subsystem requirements; Analysis of the problem situation of stakeholders; Conducting analysis of proposals and comments regarding system and subsystem requirements; Developing updated formulations of system and subsystem requirements based on the results of the analysis.

Requirements

• Higher technical education;
• At least 3 years of experience in the field of information technology;
• English at an Intermediate level;
• Skills in collecting and analyzing information and business requirements;
• Expert knowledge of the functionality of any CRM/ERP system;
• Understanding of the full cycle of research work and development of algorithms and software;
• Experience in business process analysis;
• Experience in modeling new business processes and improving business processes;
• Experience in user training;
• Proficiency in various decomposition methodologies: functional decomposition, user stories, use cases;
• Experience managing a development team of 5 or more people and/or expert participation;
• Experience in employee training and coaching;
• Knowledge of the Company's methodology;
• Proficient skills in MS Office;
• Ability to use software for graphical representation of analytical information and electronic databases;
• Experience in developing methodologies for performing analytical work;
• Experience in planning, organizing, and controlling analytical work in an IT project, and preparing reports on performed work;
• Knowledge of processes for developing and maintaining system requirements and the ability to manage system quality;

• Experience participating in the architecture design of the implemented system;
• Experience organizing the assessment of compliance of existing systems and their analogs with requirements;
• Experience supporting acceptance testing and system commissioning;
• Communication skills with customer experts and/or partners;
• Experience in decomposition, distribution, and control of the execution of analysis and design tasks;
• Experience in defining software requirements;
• Experience in software design (development of software architecture design);
• Experience in analyzing context, organizational structure, and business processes to identify stakeholders;
