Your tasks

• Plan short-term and long-term sales strategies
• Manage, control, and develop the potential of the sales team within the group of companies
• Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitors in the plastic products industry
• Manage key accounts, negotiate commercial terms, and expand the new customer base
• Control sales budgets and costs to remain within the company's target framework

Requirements

1. Male/Female, age 40-50 years old
2. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
3. At least 10 years of experience in sales management within the plastic industry, construction materials, or consumer goods businesses (with at least 5 years of experience at a management level)
4. High leadership skills, negotiation skills, strategic planning skills, and ability to communicate well in English
