Sales Representative - Yaowarat Storefront

Your tasks

-Perform storefront duties at all stations (taking orders, making drinks, making ice cream, bakery) according to company standards. -Provide service to customers with politeness, speed, and friendliness, for both Thai and foreign customers. -Process payments and record transactions through the POS system accurately. -Arrange and maintain storefront products to look good and be ready for sale at all times. -Count and store raw materials according to FIFO principles, and arrange the store Planogram according to standards. -Clean the bar area, equipment, and service areas according to the shop's hygiene standards. -Assist with opening and closing the shop according to specified procedures. -Follow instructions and guidelines from the Supervisor to support smooth branch operations. Age 24–35 years.

Requirements

1. Age 24–35 years.
2. Education: High School (M.6) or higher.
3. Experience is not required; fresh graduates with a passion for service are welcome. Experience in cafes, restaurants, or retail will be given special consideration.
4. Basic Mandarin skills; the ability to take orders and communicate basic information with Chinese customers will be given special consideration.
5. Basic English skills; able to communicate.
6. Service-minded, cheerful, and has good interpersonal skills.
7. Able to work under pressure during Peak time.
8. Able to work in shifts (morning/afternoon), including weekends and public holidays.
9. Responsible, punctual, and able to work well in a team.
