Export Sales (Head Office)

1. Negotiate and close agreements with large customers
2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies
3. Prepare and monitor monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
4. Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets
5. Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
6. Create development plan for sales team members also mentor and control team performance
7. Cooperation with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency

Qualifications: Bachelor's or master's degree in related field Excellence in English & Chinese communication Excellence in basic computer program Strong negotiation and team management skills Availability to travel as needed
