Your tasks

E-Commerce Order Fulfillment (Shopee / Lazada / TikTok Shop)

Oversee the daily pick-pack-dispatch cycle to meet each marketplace's ready-to-ship (RTS) cut-off time and SLA.

Monitor order status across seller centers, resolve stuck/failed orders, and coordinate 3PL pickup (SPX, Flash, LEX, J&T, Kerry) to prevent late shipments.

Track dispatch accuracy and returns (RTS/RTO), analyze root causes, and drive down error and cancellation rates.

Inventory & Stock Control Manage stock accuracy through cycle counts and periodic full counts, and reconcile physical stock against the system.

Enforce FEFO (First Expired, First Out) for food products to control near-expiry and expired stock.

Coordinate stock replenishment and allocation across marketplace channels to prevent oversell and stockouts.

Warehouse Safety & 5S Maintain warehouse safety standards, PPE compliance, and safe use of forklifts/handling equipment.

Run and sustain the 5S system in storage, packing, and dispatch zones; conduct safety walk-throughs and correct hazards.

Coordinate with the Safety Officer (จป.) on incident reporting and preventive measures.

Team Supervision & Reporting Supervise, schedule, and assign the warehouse/dispatch team to match daily and campaign-peak order volume (e.g. 11.11, 12.12, payday).

Prepare daily and monthly reports in Excel — dispatch volume, on-time %, accuracy, returns, and stock status.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. 3–5 years in warehouse, distribution center, or e-commerce fulfillment operations, including at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
3. Hands-on experience operating Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop seller centers and their fulfillment/SLA rules.
4. Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTable, basic data cleanup and reporting) — this is a core requirement.
5. Working knowledge of WMS/inventory systems and FEFO stock management for food products.
6. Understanding of warehouse safety and 5S standards.
7. Forklift license or Safety Officer (จป. หัวหน้างาน) training is an advantage.
