Power Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Organization of supply of all types of energy;
• Ensuring reliability, continuity, and quality of electricity supply and the operation of security systems;
• Ensuring maintenance, repair, and accident-free operation of electrical equipment, electrical networks, and security networks;
• Finding key solutions in the field of energy management;
• Development and implementation of energy-saving projects;
• Initiation, implementation, and management of energy contracts, as well as contracts for the installation and maintenance of security systems;
• Automated accounting and control of energy resource consumption;
• Analysis and control of energy resource costs;
• Organization of measures to reduce repair costs;
• Organization of measures to reduce costs for materials and equipment.

Requirements:

Higher professional (technical) education and at least 3 years of work experience in the position of power engineer;

• knowledge of: legislative and regulatory-methodological documents in the field of electric power industry and measurement of electrical characteristics, energy saving and increasing energy efficiency, energy audit; measurement of energy resource and medium parameters, measurement of heat, air, and water parameters, standardization and technical regulation; instruments and measuring equipment for conducting electrotechnical and thermotechnical measurements, measurement practices; computer user, proficiency in special programs, etc.; rules and principles of developing design documents; rules for maintaining production and technical documentation; technical English in the field of energy; rules of business communication and correspondence.
