Planning Asst. Manager (MPS & CS)

Your tasks

Customer service representative to inquire about potential orders by answering questions regarding products and services and providing information about alternative products and services. Process orders through Share point, prepare email responses, and answer customer inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

1. At least 2-5 years of experience in material planning/production planning or experience in Mat'l Planning.
2. Basic knowledge of manufacturing industrial management, retail, and company asset management.
3. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Logistics, or related fields.
4. Ability to write or speak English.
5. Ability to use Excel with prominent knowledge and understanding.
6. Knowledge and understanding of SAP (special consideration).
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
8. Ability to work with executives and employees at various levels.
9. Attention to detail, while possessing outstanding summarization and analytical skills.
10. Ability to identify operational and strategic problems and drive proactive solutions.
11. Experience in Mat'l Planning.
