-Take care of and contact customers, including property owners, through all channels, providing advice and creating a positive impression -Analyze customer needs and negotiate real estate listings for sale/rent -Select and present condos, houses, or properties that match customer requirements -Coordinate appointments and maintain accurate customer and property data in the CRM system -Continuously follow up until handing over to the sales team or closing the sale

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in any field / New graduates are welcome to apply Experience in Customer Service, Telesales, or Acquisition; direct experience in the real estate industry will be given special consideration Able to use computers, CRM systems, or MS Office Enjoys service work, sales, and communicating with customers Able to communicate in English at a good level
