Senior Marketing Strategist (Townhome)

• Plan and define marketing strategies, including the ability to perform deep-dive analysis into strategies or learnings, while clearly defining action plans for correction and measurement. • Manage budgets to remain within KPI and ensure the use of marketing promotional media is at maximum efficiency and produces concrete, measurable results. • Develop plans to resolve issues regarding the selection of various media channels to drive media Performance and select media that directly targets customer groups in various situations of the responsible projects. • Analyze and view the market overview, competitor data, and the overall marketing landscape of the real estate business. • Monitor and evaluate marketing plans, as well as adjust various strategies to align with current situations. • Present sales promotion plans and marketing activities (Campaign) to increase the market share of the responsible projects. • Survey market data and competitor sales, and record data into the Marketing System to use for analyzing strengths, weaknesses, and creating a competitive advantage.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Architecture, Economics, Data Analytics, or other related fields. At least 2 years of experience in marketing, customer data analysis, marketing strategic planning, or related fields. Ability to analyze customer data, marketing data, and campaign results to find Insights and lead to strategy development or business result improvement. Understanding of Customer Journey and Behavior, and an interest in learning to apply AI or new technologies to increase marketing efficiency. Analytical thinking skills, ability to communicate and present business information, and the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders. Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and digital tools related to the work. Possess a driver's license, have a private car, and can work at the responsible projects within the Bangkok Metropolitan Region. Able to work 6 days/week.
