Engineer for Organization of Operation and Repair

ensures technical operation and repair of equipment, structures, and devices, implementation of organizational and technical measures to improve equipment performance, implementation of new control and management systems, maintenance of technical documentation, and proper storage of equipment, instruments, spare parts, and materials. Participates in drafting capital repair plans for equipment or devices, drafting requests for equipment, spare parts, instruments, and materials, developing measures for the mechanization of work, and developing production instructions for the operation of equipment and devices. Develops schedules for planned preventive maintenance of the serviced equipment. Organizes commissioning works, controls their quality, and prepares acceptance documentation. Participates in the acceptance of relevant equipment or devices from repair and installation, investigation of accidents and equipment damage, and review and coordination of design assignments for facilities under construction or expansion. Monitors compliance of subordinate personnel with occupational health and fire safety rules.

Requirements

Higher education and at least 3 years of experience in similar positions, or secondary vocational (technical) education and at least 5 years of experience in similar positions. English language proficiency no lower than advanced, Chinese language proficiency at an expert level.
