Ensuring accident-free and reliable operation of equipment, its correct exploitation, timely and high-quality repair, and maintenance. Carrying out works on equipment modernization and increasing the efficiency of its repair maintenance. Technical supervision of the condition and repair of protective devices on mechanical equipment, buildings, and structures. Organization of the preparation of calendar plans (schedules) for inspections, checks, and equipment repairs, requests for centralized execution of major repairs, for obtaining materials, spare parts, tools, etc. Compilation of equipment passports, specifications for spare parts, and other technical documentation. Participation in the acceptance and installation of new equipment, carrying out works on the certification and rationalization of workplaces, modernization and replacement of inefficient equipment with high-performance equipment, and the introduction of mechanization tools for heavy manual and labor-intensive tasks. Organization of the accounting of all types of equipment, as well as equipment that has reached its depreciation period or is obsolete, and preparation of documents for their write-off. Studying the operating conditions of equipment, individual parts, and assemblies to identify the causes of their premature wear, and analyzing the causes and duration of downtime related to the technical condition of the equipment. Development and implementation of progressive methods for the repair and restoration of assemblies and parts of mechanisms, measures to increase the service life of equipment, reduce its downtime and increase shift availability, prevent accidents and industrial injuries, reduce the labor intensity and cost of repair, and improve its quality. Preparation of state supervision objects (e.g., lifting mechanisms) for presentation to the relevant authorities. Technical management of the lubricant-emulsion economy, implementation of progressive consumption standards for lubricants and wiping materials, and organization of the regeneration of waste oils. Participation in checking the workshop equipment for technical accuracy, in establishing optimal equipment operating modes that contribute to its efficient use, and in developing instructions for technical operation, equipment lubrication and care, and the safe conduct of repair works. Review of rationalization proposals and inventions concerning equipment repair and modernization, providing conclusions on them, and ensuring the implementation of accepted proposals. Organization of the accounting of equipment repair and modernization works, quality control, as well as the correctness of the expenditure of material resources allocated for these purposes. Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety rules and standards, and environmental safety requirements during repair works. Management of employees of departments performing equipment repair and maintaining it in working condition.
Requirements
Higher education and at least 3 years of experience in similar positions, or secondary vocational (technical) education and at least 5 years of experience in similar positions. English language proficiency no lower than advanced, Chinese language proficiency at an expert level.
